Yesterday is gone!

So, yesterday I did eat whatever I wanted.

Here's a recap:
apple
coffee
sugar cookie
big pretzel with chocolate on the end
fruity dessert salad
dirt cake
carrot with a dab of cream cheese and an almond sliver
2 buckeyes (chocolate peanut butter things)
dried apples
orange
2 truffles
stew for dinner

100 ounces of water

work out = jogging in the morning and walking last night(over a mile)
