Long day!

Today felt like a lot of running, and a LONG day! Thankfully it ended with a massage :)))

9 blueberry shredded wheats- 90
milk (less than 1/8 of a cup) - 20 (I didn't drink any of it, just what was soaked in the cereal.)
I heated it up in the microwave.YUMMY :)
